"Welcome to God’s family, known as Carterville Baptist Church. Established in 1926 with 12 charter members, the church has had continual growth, especially in the last 39 years. Now the membership is over 1750 members.
Our doctrine is Bible based, our music is blended (some hymns some choruses), our fellowship is warm and open, and our preaching is right from the Word.
The church family is larger today than it once was, but it has maintained a willingness to receive new members and continue to grow. We will welcome you to worship with us."

Bro. Hogan has led Carterville Baptist Chruch for 39 years, serving one of the longest and in our opinion most significant tenures in the state. His sustained faithful leadership has offered the church direction, growth and health for the long term.
Our staff has grown and is a balanced and diverse group of leaders each serving faitfully in their ministry areas and working together with our pastor to carry out the Great Commission in Petal and around the globe.
