		Pastor Leland M. Hogan Bro. Hogan came to Carterville Baptist in 1969. Bro Hogan is a graduate of Mississippi College and the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He previously served as Pastor in Louisiana before coming to Carterville Baptist Church. Bro Hogan and his wife Dona Ruth have three children, Mike, Spike and Chandra. You may contact Bro. 		Associate Pastor Ben Skipper Ben Joined our staff as Interim Minister to Students in December 2000 and was called as Full-time Minister to Students July 1, 2001. And to serve as Associate Pastor in October 2007. Ben is a graduate of Mississippi State University and the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Lindsay are proud of their boys Curry and Cade and are praying that they will be great servants of God and leaders for people. 		Minister of Education and Discipleship (Interim) Mike Hogan Mike joined our staff on a part-time interim basis in December of 2005. Mike has served as our Bible Study director for many years and is very well equipped to keep us on task as a church in meeting the Discipleship needs of the Carterville family. 		Minister Of Music and Worship Kris Smith Kris joined our staff in August of 2007. He and his beautiful wife Hope were married in November 2006. Kris is a graduate of Louisiana College and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Kris enjoys cooking and spending quality time with his wife and their yellow lab Maggie. 		Music Ministry Intern Brett Sutherland Brett joined our staff as our music intern in July of 2005. He stepped in as part-time interim minister of music in July of 2006. 		Student Minister (High School and College) Jeremy Stroo Jeremy joined our team in 2002 as an intern. Jeremy loves Jesus and is passionate about teenagers. He married way over his head in July of 2007 when he and Robyn exchanged vows. Jeremy and Robyn are practicing their parenting skills with their huge dog Titus. 		Associate Student Minister (Middle School and College) Chase Coleman Chase has been a part of Carterville Student Ministry for many years, first as a student, then as a college volunteer and now as the key leader of our middle school ministry. Chase is a graduate of William Carey University and can beat you at anything that is considered a game. 		Children's Minister Katie McNeece Katie became a part of the Carterville staff team in April of 2007. She is a graduate of Mississippi State and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. 		Church Secretary / Financial Secretary Sylvia Truitt Sylvia became a part of our staff in 2000. She and Kevin have a son, Michael and a daughter, Sarah. Everyone knows that the church secretary is really one who saves the day at any church, so Mrs. Sylvia is that for us. She collects tins, loves flowers and spoils Sophie (her yorkie). 		Education Secretary Alice Cascio Alice joined our staff team in 1996. She is a grandmaw for the new millenium. She cooks, sews and gardens while managing to keep up with her e-mail and digital camera full of grandchildren's pictures. Alice is one of the first two smiling faces you see as you enter the office (she is the one on the right). We joke that she is little bossy, but to most people she is actually very friendly. 		Music Ministry Assistant Dawn Napier Dawn became our music ministry secretary in 1996. She has eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is an excellent gardener, a die hard Braves fan and a novice artist. She's a great cook, and she loves to travel with her handsome husband, Olan.
